Cultural Change
Often implementing change within an organization is imperative. real change is adaptive instead of technical, and has buy-in from everyone in an organization. However, I like others often wonder, how long can the change process stick, when those who lead the change leave. Without someone to push forward, does an organization resort back to a culture where everyone was comfortable and not driven to change.
